Adoption Application

Thank you for choosing Brew City Dog Rescue.  You are doing a good deed by saving a rescue dog.  Many of the dogs we rescue were high-risk for being put-down simply because they did not have a loving family to care for them.  Not only are you saving a life, but you are getting a great life long companion.

Please review our adoption process and fees, so you can have a better understanding of what to expect.  Our main goal is to make sure our rescue dogs are placed in safe and loving homes.

The total adoption process takes between 2-3 weeks.  During that time we will review your application, do a background check and reference check, conduct a home visit, have you meet the dog and observe his reaction to you and your family.

Before filling out an application we ask that you thoroughly evaluate your family situation.  Adopting a dog is a 15 – 20 year physical, mental, emotional, and financial commitment.

While we welcome all applications, we reserve the right to deny request or recommend a different dog if we fill it is a not a good match.
